We used Knights to cater for our daughter's recent wedding in the prestigious Royal Hospital Kilmainham.
We like good food and wanted it to be central to the wedding.  Deirdre was just great, she took on all our suggestions and gently steered us away from the madder ones.  We ended up with a great experience.  Beautiful canapés and Pims on the terrace.  Then inside to a delicious and imaginative meal and she really managed to give us all our favourite food. She was very helpful along the whole journey and has a contact book to die for.  We are still getting comments about how great the wedding was, especially the food, people found it interesting and delicious.  We also felt it was good value.  At the end of the night when the lights came on Deirdre was still there retrieving long forgotten bags and jackets. We were thoroughly looked after. What more could you ask for!
